Lawrence Barnett has made a career out of first listening to business leaders, marketing people, and product brand managers—and then firing back some well thought out creative solutions that turn a positioning statement or a product into a highly effective advertising or marketing campaign. Always working within corporations as a member and eventually a leader of in-house ad agencies, Mr. Barnett has a track record of success when it comes to creative strategy, copywriting, positioning, branding, and design—all with the goal of achieving results. A winner of numerous advertising readership awards with industry trade publications, he is mostly known for his success at connecting with his audiences through the creative solutions he produces. With experience in the financial, healthcare, automotive, and insurance industries, Mr. Barnett has a history of wearing many industry hats and becoming familiar with marketplaces, the competition within those marketplaces, business and economic goals, and companies’ unique brand qualities. In addition, he has picked up the talents to work the tools of the design trade to be a working Creative Director and producer of finished graphics work. Companies Mr. Barnett has worked at include the financial services firm Security First Group, healthcare products manufacturer BioSafety Systems, Inc., and software developer Mitchell.
